A key objective for all of us at the Lexus Ilkley Trophy is to ensure that the event is as welcoming, inclusive and accessible as possible, working within the restrictions of a temporary outdoor venue.

There are a number of wheelchair spaces available on Centre Court which provide space for one wheelchair user accompanied by a carer. Please note that the carer/companion ticket is complimentary. You can purchase wheelchair and essential companion tickets online ahead of the tournament or through the ticketing customer support team by calling 0344 581 1255 (Open Monday – Friday, 9.00am-17.00pm and Saturday – Sunday, 9.00am – 17.00pm). Free from UK landlines and mobiles.
For anyone needing Ambulant Disabled seating, please contact the ticketing customer support team on the telephone number below in order to purchase your tickets that meet your requirements. Those requiring a FOC Essential Companion will also be able to arrange this over the phone by calling 0344 581 1255 (Open Monday – Friday, 9.00am-17.00pm and Saturday – Sunday, 9.00am – 17.00pm). A number of accessible parking spaces are available at the front of Tournament Car Park in easy access to the main entrance to the tournament. Please make alert a Parking Marshal upon driving in and you will be directed to the allocated spots.
We have accessible toilets, please ask a member of staff for directions on arrival or consult the site map.
No dogs are allowed in the venue, except for certified assistance dogs. Certified assistance dogs are only allowed in the accessible disabled areas on Centre Court. Individuals wishing to access Centre Court with their certified assistance dog must buy a ticket for the wheelchair disabled area.
