Official Hotel: The Chelsea Harbour Hotel & Spa, a 5* Hotel located a 10-minute drive from The Queen’s Club.
We understand that many players choose to arrange private accommodation in London that covers the duration of Queen’s through to Wimbledon, so a per diem allowance of £280 per night will be given instead of complimentary hotel rooms.
The number of nights the per diem will cover is in line with the ATP Hospitality rules. The per diem will be paid via bank transfer, alongside your prize money from the ATP.
The value of the per diem is the same as the room rate, this includes a suite, use of all spa facilities and breakfast. All hotel rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation policies will apply.
You will be required to pay on check out.
For all hotel booking requests, contact Fraser Russell on +44 7903 038 327 or fraser@headconcierge.com.
Accreditation is requested via your Tennis UNO account. The number of PST members eligible to receive tournament accreditation is three per player.
Collect your accreditation from the accreditation desk in the Player Lounge, access is via the Greyhound Road entrance. The accreditation desk opens on Thursday 13th June at 8am and closes at 6pm daily.
For any additional accreditation requests, contact Charlotte Stone, Player Services Manager on +44 333 305 0231 / +44 7944 552 038 / charlotte.stone@lta.org.uk.
As a founding partner of the LTA Tennis Foundation, BNP Paribas is delighted to once again run their ‘BNP Paribas Points For Change’ programme at the cinch Championships, and will donate £2 for every point won and £25 for every ace served on all match courts during the tournament.
The money raised will go directly to the LTA Tennis Foundation to fund grassroots projects that help improve lives through tennis. Points will be added to the total shown on the results board on Centre Court. If you want to keep track of your own points (and who is scoring the most!) there will be a leaderboard in the Player Lounge.
Please post a message about your own points on social media with #BNPParibasPointsForChange to help us raise awareness about the LTA Tennis Foundation and the important work they do. There will be games in the BNP Paribas booth to help encourage the public to donate, so feel free to stop by and have a go!
Food and drink in the Player Lounge is complimentary and self-service. You will be required to have your accreditation pass scanned on entry to the Catering area.
There is a huge variety of food on offer including breakfast items, hot dishes, meats, fresh salads, snacks, afternoon tea and fruit.
Please notify the Catering staff or the Concierge if you have any dietary requirements.
