As part of our goal of Tennis Opened Up and to make tennis as inclusive a sport as possible, we want to reiterate our ongoing support during Pride Month for LGBTQ+ communities across the country, and highlight that our events, along with the sport as a whole, are safe, inclusive and open spaces where people can be their authentic selves.
That’s why every friday of our major events in 2024 will once again host ‘Friday Pride Days’. These events place a special focus on Pride and act as a platform to raise visibility and awareness of LGBTQ+ inclusion in tennis.
We’d love it if as many people as possible attending the cinch Championships brought as much colour as they can to Queen’s Club. Whether it’s simply wearing rainbow laces or a wristband, or wearing your brightest, most colourful t-shirt or pair of trousers, it would be fantastic if you could show your colours in support of Pride.
Volunteers from the Pride in Tennis network will be on-site throughout the day, to answer any questions fans have about Pride celebrations or what you can do to show support as allies of LGBTQ+ communities.
Find out how to get to the cinch Championships on our dedicated Getting to the Event page.
During Learning Disability Awareness week, we are delighted to bring learning disability tennis to Queen’s for the first time. With British stars including, Anna McBride, Oliver Beadle and Fabrice Higgins, make sure you show your support as they take on Australian players on Court 5 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Unfortunately, there is no left luggage facility on site. You can bring in a maximum of one bag per person (no larger than 40cm x 30cm x 30cm) and one small item per person (no larger than 20cm x 15cm x 15cm). For your safety all bags are subject to inspection by our security team and are brought to the tournament at the owner’s risk. Please do not leave any bags unattended, or anywhere they could cause a security scare, and never agree to look after anyone else's bags.
Please note that whilst prams and strollers are permitted into the grounds, they are not permitted in the grandstand seating and cannot be left unattended.
General lost property will be taken to The Queen’s Club Reception. For any items lost in the stands, please ask an Event Steward or Volunteer, or visit the Info point to the rear of the North Stand.
The cinch Championships has an official Merchandise Store, in the South Pavilion (not open on Saturday 15 June and Sunday 16 June).
More information on merchandise will be available here closer to the event.
