Our Spectator Services Volunteers are the face of our Tournaments. They are at the forefront of Tournament day delivery, ensuring that spectators have the best possible experience.
Spectator Services Volunteers will welcome spectators to the venue, check and scan tickets at the venue gates and provide information and direction that will ensure that spectators make the most of their day.

You only need to attend one, even if available to volunteer at multiple events. You can select any selection session, even if you don't plan to volunteer at that event location
- We are asking all Volunteers to be available for a minimum of four days across most tournaments. At the HSBC Championships, we are asking Volunteers to be available for a minimum of five days across the 16 day tournament.
- Shift lengths will vary with a typical shift being 9 hours in position. Some positions may be required for a little longer, depending on the time of close of play.
- Most positions will require Volunteers to stand for long periods, primarily in outdoor locations.
Why should I Volunteer?
Volunteering gives you the opportunity to experience the excitement of a live mass sporting event. You will also gain valuable sports and event experience and learn new skills whilst working alongside some amazing people.
Who can apply?
Anyone can apply as long as you are aged 18 and over, motivated and are available for the event dates.
How can I apply?
You can apply via the online application form above. Please note that volunteer applications will close at 5pm on Monday 24 February.
Will my expenses be covered?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover travel, accommodation, or other expenses associated with the volunteer programme. All Volunteers will receive a uniform, and catering will be provided on venue during shifts.
Will food be provided?
Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.
Will I receive a uniform?
Yes, you will receive a branded polo shirt, hat and jacket that you can keep!
Will I receive training?
Yes, volunteers will receive online training ahead of the start of the tournament as well as an onsite induction and tour before your first shift.
Do I need to have any experience?
No, anyone can volunteer, and no event experience is required. You will be able to detail the skills you have that makes you perfect for this role in the role description.
How many days am I expected to be available?
We are asking Volunteers to be available for a minimum of four days across most Tournaments. At the HSBC Championships, we are asking Volunteers to be available for a minimum of five days across the 16 day Tournament. You are able to submit more availability if you are willing and available.

Are there any paid roles available?
We have recruited a small number of paid steward positions at the HSBC Championships at the Queen’s Club. However, applications for these roles have now closed.
