Two of the world’s top five male tennis players, and one of the standout stars of 2022, will join defending champion Matteo Berrettini in this year’s cinch Championships line up.
US Open champion and current world No.2 Carlos Alcaraz, American Taylor Fritz, who entered the top five for the first time this week, and 2022 US Open semi-finalist Frances Tiafoe are all today announced for this year’s tournament at the Queen’s Club in London.
Tiafoe and Fritz have both enjoyed title-winning success on British grass courts, with Tiafoe winning the 2021 Nottingham Open while Fritz has twice lifted silverware at Eastbourne. Alcaraz reached the fourth round at Wimbledon last year before going on to win his first Grand Slam title at the US Open and become world No.1 at the age of 19.
