- Ended the year by winning his seventh Challenger title of the year in Lyon with Lucas Miedler to secure a career-high ranking of 58
- Won his first ATP tour-level title at the Moselle Open (ATP 250) with Arends. In the final, Johnson and Arends beat Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Albano Olivetti 6-4, 3-6, 10-3
- Came back from a set down to lift the Saint-Tropez Challenger trophy with Arends in September - beating Andre Goransson and Sam Verbeek in a tight battle 3-6, 6-3, 10-4

- Sealed successive Challenger titles after prevailing at the Aix-en-Provence in France with Mansouri
- Won the Rome Challenger crown alongside partner Mansouri after taking down Italian pair Lorenzo Rottoli and Samuel Vincent Ruggeri 6-2, 6-4 in the championship match
- Made it back-to-back Challenger titles with Mansouri at the Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve in Belgium - beating Dutch duo Sander Arends and Sam Verbeek 7-5, 6-3 in the final
- Lifted the Nonthaburi Challenger 3 with Skander Mansouri after overcoming Niki Kaliyanda Poonacha and Rithvik Bollipalli 7-5, 6-4 to claim the title
