Harris was selected as one of 10 British players to feature in our new tennis documentary series, Beyond the Baseline, presented by Lexus.
October marked a month to remember for Harris who made it back-to-back Challenger quarter-finals in Alicante and Malaga. From there, he went on to reach the semi-finals in Hamburg and Ortisei to see the Brit reach a career-high ranking of world No.234.
August
Becoming a regular feature on the ATP Challenger Tour, Harris made the quarter-finals at the Augsburg Challenger men's doubles with Henrique Rocha but lost to Constantin Bittoun Kouzmine and Volodoymyr Uzhylovskyi.
July
July saw Harris overcome Switzerland's Alexander Ritschard and France's Hugo Gaston in the opening rounds of Wimbledon qualifying before he lost out to Hamad Medjedovic in the third and final round, 6-4, 6-7(6), 6-4
Harris then headed to the M25 Nottingham ITF event where he reached the final before falling short to fellow Brit Toby Samuel in a 6-4, 6-4 defeat.
June
Harris kicked off his grass court season by coming through two rounds of qualifying to reach the main draw at the Lexus Surbiton Trophy where he lost out in the first round to Rinky Hijikata 6-3, 7-5.
He then ventured to the cinch Championships at the Queen's Club to take part in the qualifying rounds, but lost out to Tommy Paul in the second round.
March
Billy Harris enjoyed one of the highlights of his career to date after reaching a first ATP Challenger final at the Les Franqueses del Valles. Despite a valiant effort, Harris just missed out on the title to France's Hugo Grenier, 3-6, 6-1, 7-6(3).
