Regional Talent Programme

This stage supports players through a camp-based format, with the ambition of supporting these players towards being selected onto the National Age Group Programme U14.
It is designed to guide and nurture junior players through coaching and competitive opportunities, building a robust game to compete in orange & green ball matchplay’s and towards regional series competitions.
- Players aged 8 – 12 years old
- Players competing and/ or looking to compete in orange and green ball matchplays, and regional series competitions.
- Up to nine camps per year
- Programme and competition guidance
- Equipment guidance and setup
To be considered, players are encouraged to attend a Wheelchair Tennis Initiative, and if players display potential, will be invited onto the Regional Talent Programme.
There is no formal selection policy for this stage, with players able to be considered during a calendar year.
