How does it work?
Every month, three players will be nominated for each of the following categories:
- Women’s singles
- Men’s singles
- Doubles
- Wheelchair
Voting closes at 23:59 on Monday 10 February.
Women’s singles
- Helped carry Great Britain to the quarter-finals of the United Cup after clinching wins over Nadia Podorska and Olivia Gadecki
- Pushed world No.2 Iga Swiatek to three-sets in the quarter-final of the United Cup
- Reached the second round of the Australian Open after beating Rebecca Marino in the opening round
- Recorded her tournament-best performance at the Australian Open by reaching the third round
- Beat two top 50 players in Ekaterina Alexandrova and Amanda Anisimova on her way to the third round
- Clocked her first main draw win at the Australian Open when she defeated Leolia Jeanjean in straight sets in the first round
- Pushed Coco Gauff in a second-round thriller on Rod Laver Arena
- Came through qualifying to reach the second round of the ASB Classic in the lead up to the Australian Open
Men’s singles
- Marked his tournament best performance at the Australian Open by reaching the fourth round
- Came through three, gruelling five-set matches on his way to the last 16
- Clinched wins over Mariano Navone, Thanasi Kokkinakis and Alexander Vukic during the week
- Made it to the third round of a Grand Slam for the first time at the Australian Open – defeating Nick Kyrgios and Arthur Cazaux in his opening matches
- Earned a win on his Davis Cup debut after defeating Japan’s Kei Nishikori to become Colour Holder No.328
- Reached the semi-finals of the Canberra Challenger
- Achieved a career-high ranking of world No.77
- Won the M25 Indore title without dropping a set
- Extended his unbeaten streak to 10 matches after making it back-to-back titles at the M25 event in Bhopal
- Concluded the month having won his third M25 title on home soil at Glasgow, beating fellow Brit Millen Hurrion in straight sets in the final
Doubles
- Won the Australian Open men's doubles title with Finland’s Harri Heliovaara
- This marked his second Grand Slam title of his career and second in the last three majors
- The win helped the British star reach a career-high world No.3 in the ATP doubles rankings
- Reach Australian Open mixed doubles semi-final with fellow Briton Olivia Nicholls
- The British duo were crowned Brisbane International champions to start the year
- They then went on to reach the Australian Open men’s doubles quarter-final
- In Auckland, at the ASB Classic, they also made the quarter-finals
- Cash is up to a career-high world No.23, while Glasspool is sitting at No.19
- Johnson and Sander Arends won the Hong Kong Tennis Open to start the season
- The British, Dutch duo also reached another ATO semi-final in Montpellier
- On his debut in Melbourne, Johnson made the Australian Open second round
- The 30-year-old is at a new career-high world No.52
Wheelchair
- Lifted his 10th Grand Slam singles and second Australian Open singles title with a win over world No.1 Tokito Oda in the final
- Hewett also made it six successive Australian Open men's doubles trophies with Gordon Reid
- Hewett and Reid also won the ITF Super Series Melbourne Wheelchair Open
- Finished runner-up in the Melbourne Wheelchair Open men’s singles
- Captured his sixth straight Australian Open men's doubles title with Alfie Hewett
- Crowned Melbourne Wheelchair Open doubles champion with Hewett
- Reached the singles quarter-finals at the Australian Open and Melbourne Wheelchair Open
- Won the Australian Open quad doubles title with Dutch star Sam Schroder
- Lapthorne took his Grand Slam tally to 18 for his career
