"It’s one of the ATP 500’s you really want to win” - Holger Rune on returning to the HSBC Championships

The HSBC Championships entry list is shaping up to be an unmissable one with Indian Wells runner-up Holger Rune confirming his place in the ATP 500 event at The Queen’s Club.
The Danish star is a former semi-finalist at The Queen’s Club, having reached the final four in 2023 before missing out on a spot in the final to eventual runner-up Alex de Minaur.
Last year saw the 22-year-old return to the tournament with the hopes of going one step further but went on to suffer a first round upset at the hands of Australia’s Jordan Thompson.
Now, with the clock ticking until the start of the grass court swing, we caught up with Rune to talk all about the HSBC Championships, his favourite thing to do when visiting London and his desire to replicate the success of his idol Rafael Nadal at the tournament in West London.
