Daria Kasatkina adds her name to the HSBC Championships line-up for 2025
World No.12 and last year’s champion in Eastbourne, Daria Kastakina has become the second women’s tennis star to add her name to the entry list for the HSBC Championships.
For the first time in over 50 years, the Queens of tennis will be returning to Queen’s for a women’s WTA 500 event taking place from 9-15 June.
It follows the announcement earlier this week that former world No.1 and four-time Grand Slam champion Naomi Osaka will be heading to The Queen’s Club as well this summer.
Tickets for the women’s event at the HSBC Championships are currently on priority sale to Advantage Fan+ and Compete members only.

General sale for the HSBC Championships will start from Tuesday 18 February at 10:00.
Kasatkina is no stranger to grass court successes after the former world No.8 took home the title in Eastbourne last summer – defeating Emma Raducanu, Jasmine Paolini and Leylah Fernandez en route to the title.
In previous years she’s also made other finals in Eastbourne and Birmingham so she knows how to bring her best to the British grass court season.
The 27-year-old is one of the top players on the WTA Tour coming off the back of one of the best seasons of her career, where she clinched her seventh and eighth tour-level titles (Eastbourne and Ningbo).
Last year she won 26 matches at WTA 500 level – the most of any player on the tour by 11.
She’s also starred at Grand Slams over recent seasons, with her best result coming with a semi-final run at Roland Garros in 2022. She’s also a former quarter-finalist at Wimbledon and has made the fourth round at the Australian Open and US Open.
A career-best round of 16 finish in Melbourne followed after she made the quarter-finals at the Adelaide International so far this year.
