We’re currently in the process of developing a new Tennis Wales Culture Framework (Values & Behaviours) to support our vision of ‘tennis opened up across Wales.’
A review with members of our community earlier in the year, told us about the culture they had experienced – our communities strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement. We also captured views on the values and behaviours we should all embrace in the future.
The feedback as well as workshops with members of our team and board have helped us to create our new Tennis Wales Culture Framework (Values & Behaviours), and we are inviting all members of our Welsh tennis community to provide further feedback on this draft version before our final recommendations are taken to the Board in December.
The deadline to submit your feedback is mid-day on 18th November. We look forward to hearing from you.
