We current have two vacancies within our Participation Team.
Tennis Wales is the Governing Body of tennis in Wales. Our vision is tennis opened up across Wales, and we aim to grow tennis by making it relevant, accessible, welcoming & enjoyable across the country. We currently have two exciting vacancies within our team, Coaching and Workforce Manager and Competitions and Events Coordinator.
The Coaching & Volunteering Manager provides support to tennis coaches and volunteers in our venues & programmes. The Coaching & Volunteering Manager works across the business, liaising & coordinating with colleagues to provide industry leading qualifications, CPD, training, mentoring & support to ensure we have the best people to achieve our vision. You will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the Tennis Wales Coach Development centre and also establishing and delivering a Workforce Development Plan for tennis in Wales.
The Competitions and Events Coordinator will be responsible for growing our recreational pathway of competitions and leagues in Wales, delivering LTA and Tennis Wales competition initiatives and events to increase the number of regularly competing juniors and adults.
