Shortlist Announced for the Tennis Wales Awards sponsored by Veygo

We have been blown away by the amount of incredible nominations we have received for the 2025 Tennis Wales Awards sponsored by Veygo. This year we received over 160 nominations for the various categories and the shortlisting panel had an extremely difficult job in selecting the shortlist and winners.
Our shortlisted nominations are:
Volunteer of the Year:
- Dr Ed Wilkins – Bridgend Tennis Club
- Steve Dobson – Wrexham Tennis Club
- Weixin Liu – Chinese Association of Wales
Coach of the Year:
- Cameron Upton – Wrexham Tennis Centre

A huge well done to all those shortlisted and our winners and thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate this year. Without you it would be extremely difficult for us to identify and recognise the amazing achievements of those within our tennis community.
The awards ceremony will be hosted by Welsh Broadcaster and Sport Journalist Catrin Haledd, on Saturday 15th February 2025 at 6.30pm at the Mercure Holland House Hotel, Cardiff, CF24 0DD.
