Free entry as Tennis Scotland hosts ATP and ITF events

Players from around the world are coming to Glasgow over the next few weeks as Tennis Scotland hosts two top-class international events.
There will be free entry for spectators as the ATP Challenger Tour and the ITF World Tennis Tour visit Scotstoun Tennis Centre. No tickets or bookings are required.
Both events will feature Scottish and international professionals, giving tennis fans a great opportunity to get up close to potential stars of the future.
The action begins with men’s and women’s singles and doubles in the Lexus GB Pro-Series Glasgow, as part of the ITF World Tennis Tour, from 27 January – 2 February. That’s followed from 17-23 February by the Lexus Glasgow Challenger as part of the ATP Challenger Tour.
Previous champions at the events in Glasgow include many players who have gone on to enjoy successful careers at the top end of the sport, including the likes of Scotland’s own Andy Murray, Spanish star Paula Badosa and the Finnish former top 50 player Emil Ruusuvuori.
Full draws and daily schedules for both events will be available on the Tennis Scotland website and social media.
Tournament Director Mike Cohen, Head of Competitions & Events at Tennis Scotland, said: “These events will give fans a great chance to see some familiar names as well as young players in the early stages of their tennis journeys.
“The competitions calendar is flourishing in Scotland with more events than ever before, and we’re excited to be hosting players from around the world and giving our young domestic-based players the opportunity to compete on the international stage.”
